Im doing a knife restore for a fella out west. Im breaking my own rule for taking on more work during the bow season. This knife is not in terrible shape. I have restored far worse. The blade is not too pitted. The pommel on the other hand is another story. Its petty beat up. And we agree he needs a new sheath. Step one is getting this bad boy apart for a good cleaning and rust removal. Fast forward (after applying a little elbow grease)and the pommel looks a lot better. So does the handle And the rest of the knife. With the knife complete, I need only find the time to begin the sheath. The owner has sent me a graphic of a symbol he wants embossed into the leather. More to follow.

Finally got time to work on the sheath. The owner asked that I use this family logo on the sheath. Getting ready for the stitching.
